We are a social enterprise that connects local farms directly to you. We offer a variety of certified fresh vegetables and fruits delivered from farms and freshly made food directly to your home.

Do I have to create an account to shop on masakmasak.com?
You can feel free to shop and add items into your Shopping Cart at masakmasak.com. However, you must be logged into a registered personal user account to complete the payment gateway for your buying process and checkout.
What areas do you deliver to? How can I check if my neighborhood/office is within your delivery coverage areas?
You may check the area of coverage within the website prior to shopping on the site.
What are your delivery days and hours?
We are currently deliver to you within the coverage areas everyday. When you place your order, you will be able to choose the date and time window you would prefer to have your items delivered.
Can I change an order or cancel order once I have checked out?
Any cancellation of order or reschedule delivery shall be made before 6pm from the same day of placement of your order (“Grace Period”) by contacting our customer service officer at firstname.lastname@example.org or our customer service chat online Any request for cancellation made or reschedule delivery after the Grace Period will not be entertained.
What if I am not around/running late when my delivery arrives?
You have the freedom to choose the date and time window you are free to receive your items, we advise you to contact our customer service officer at email@example.com or our customer service chat online as soon as you are aware you will not be around as the specified time. Our customer service officer will assist to rearrange or accommodate your changes as far as possible, you shall be responsible for the payment of an administrative charge. However, no cancellation or reschedule delivery will be entertained once your orders have been shipped to your shipping address.
How do I get a replacement for wrong order/products?
You can refer to our dispute & return and complaint procedure. Or contact our customer service officer at firstname.lastname@example.org or our customer service chat online for any queries.
What if an item received is not in good condition/damaged?
You can choose not to accept that products at the time of delivery and our Delivery team will return it to us. You can also refer to our refund & replacement policy.
Can someone else accept my delivery if I am not there?
Yes. In case you’re not the person accepting the items, or you may not be there, just informed us in the remarks/notes section of the order who else we can hand over the items to and our delivery teams will act accordingly.
How should the payment make on masakmasak.com?
Payment can be made through the payment gateway such as E-wallets, Direct bank transfers (FPX) or Credit cards / Debit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD).

Yes, of course. Our platform is open to all individuals, enterprise, private and even public limited companies.
Is there limitations on what I can sell on the platform?
No, there is no minimum quantity but it is strictly limited and related to food for the time being.
Do I need to have a store or shop to be on your platform?
No, you can prepare your items and sell from your home, car, street side or anywhere you wish and even put them at our masakmasak hubs for collection or pickup.
How long does it take for me to get paid for products sold on your platform?
You will be paid as per your account information to your preferred bank or e-wallet twice a week.

What is the requirements to be a masakmasak delivery?
You just need a valid driving or motorcycle license with your own vehicle for transportation.
What is the area of coverage for delivery?
Based on the location allotted for you, it will be within a 2km radius of coverage to maximize efficiency and your earning potential.
Do I need to wear a uniform and is there a time schedule?
The main operating hours are between 8.00 am till 10.00 pm depending on the customer requests on the app and you will be required to wear our corporate T-shirt and delivery box for delivery.
How do I get paid for my delivery services?
Your delivery will be calculated on a daily basis and accumulated and transferred to your nominated bank account or e-wallet twice a week.
MasakMasak Hub FAQ

What is the requirement to be a masakmasak Hub?
You need to have at least a flat/apartment/condominium, house or shop-lot or even a upstairs shop area for storing and packing our fresh ingredients.
What equipment do I need for my masakmasak hub?
You will need to have a weighing machine, a poly bag sealer machine and the sealer tapes recommended by us.
How do I earn by being a masakmasak hub?
You will be paid a percentage of every sale of product sold through your hub in your area. Your hub will be given exclusive coverage within a radius of 2km.
When do I get paid for my services as a masakmasak hub?
You will be paid twice a week, accumulating the orders and calculating it on a daily basis.
